As the Assistant to the Chief Strategist, Matthew works to help establish, monitor, and maintain effective and sustainable initiatives that contribute to the transformation of °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ as a top-tier institution. Matthew has over ten years of experience in management and supervision, emphasizing training and development. He is a results-driven professional who leverages organizational leadership, management, and community engagement expertise to promote equity and drive impactful initiatives. A native of Columbia, SC, he attended Clemson University in 2007 and pursued a Bachelor of Philosophy. He holds Human Research IRB certifications from Winthrop University as of January 2022 and CSI Concept Mapping as of March 2023.
