Nayyer (Nick) Naseem, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the School of Business and Professional Studies, °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ, Charlotte, NC. Nick holds a PhD (Marketing), MS (Industrial Engineering), MBA (Marketing) and BS (Mechanical Engineering) degrees to his credit from reputed institutions. He brings more than 10 years of teaching experience in higher education and about 13 years of professional work experience in sales, marketing, and operations management at senior levels in some of the leading companies in their line of business, both in India and the United States. His teaching interests focus on consumer behavior, marketing research, marketing strategy, international marketing, services marketing, supply chain management, and business analytics.
Dr. Naseem has published research articles in the Journal of Consumer Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction and Complaining Behavior, Journal of Global Marketing; Journal of Global Economy, Trade, and International Business; Advances in International Marketing; Springer International Publishing: Amity Journal of Case Research etc., while some of his current research papers are under review for publication in leading marketing journals.
